Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MI Displays. Following are our shipping terms and conditions.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the contiguous USA (lower 48 states) on most of our products. For orders including products that do not qualify for free shipping, we will contact you to discuss shipping options. Products that don’t qualify for free shipping are generally items that are bulky, delicate or shaped as such that they cannot be shipped via UPS.

For orders that combine items that qualify for free shipping and items that don’t qualify, we can still process your order. We will contact you to discuss fulfillment options.

For orders from Hawaii, Alaska and outlying territories, we cannot offer free shipping but we can process your orders. We will contact you to discuss shipping options.

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

MI Displays ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses following the aforementioned policies.

MI Displays does not ship to P.O. Boxes

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



MI Displays is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipments to Foreign Countries

MI Display will ship worldwide. Note the freight free policy does not apply to shipments to countries outside the USA. We will pack your order and estimate the freight cost only. We do not estimate the additional Customs, Tariffs, Brokerage Fees, Duties, Taxes, etc. These fees, and any not listed, are the responsibility of the customer and/or receiver.

International orders can be processed on a case-by-case basis. If you are ordering internationally, please contact us to discuss fulfillment options.
